Booking Terms
These Booking Terms ("Terms") are between the person or entity making the reservation ("You/Your") and the accommodation provider offering temporary accommodation ("We/Us/Our"). The details of the accommodation are provided above.
These Terms govern the provision of accommodation ("Bookings") as described in the confirmation sent to You by email ("Confirmation"). They are governed by the laws of England and Wales and apply to all Bookings.
By making a Booking, You agree to these Terms, confirm You are over 18 (or higher if specified in Your Confirmation), and that You can enter into a legally binding contract.
Bookings are confirmed when We accept Your reservation and receive full payment, a deposit, or a valid pre-authorization for at least the cancellation fee amount. If your online payment is less than the total stay, the remaining balance will be due before check-in, at check-in, or as agreed.
When Your Booking is confirmed by phone or email, a reservation number is issued. Keep this number for all communications, cancellations, or changes. You do not have the right to withdraw from this contract once confirmed.
Prices shown are correct at the time of booking (unless a pricing error occurs) for the specific number of guests, dates, nights, and rooms listed. Prices are in the currency specified in Your Confirmation. The total price includes applicable taxes at the time of booking, such as sales or local taxes, which may change due to regulation updates not known at booking time. Extras selected during booking may also be added to the total.
The reservation total does not include costs of goods, services, or taxes incurred during Your stay unless specified.
In rare cases, if a pricing error occurs and We cannot accept Your reservation despite confirmation, We will notify You promptly and refund any amount paid in full. We are not liable for additional expenses caused by such errors.
If We cannot accommodate You as booked, We will offer alternative accommodation. If there is a price difference, We will cover it if the new price is higher or refund You if lower. If the alternative is of similar or higher quality, extra costs are Our responsibility.
Check-in and check-out times are specified in Your Confirmation. Late check-in must be confirmed with Us. If You arrive later than scheduled without notice or fail to check-in, We may cancel Your reservation and retain any amounts due as per the Cancellation Policy. Non-arrival at the latest check-in time will be considered a full cancellation.
Changes to guest numbers, dates, or room types ("Amendments") may affect prices. Cancellation policies are outlined on Our website and in Your Confirmation. You can cancel via the link in Your Confirmation before the deadline for a full refund, including extras. Cancellations after the deadline will incur fees as specified. If You do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, Your booking may be canceled without obligation to hold the accommodation.
If an Amendment cannot be accommodated, Your booking may be canceled with a full refund if done before the Cancellation Deadline; otherwise, standard cancellation rules apply.
Payments must be guaranteed with a valid payment card or accepted method at booking. The total payable amount will be charged upon confirmation. If your card is declined or funds are insufficient, Your booking may be canceled automatically.
Remaining balances and any additional charges during Your stay must be settled before departure. If You leave without paying, We reserve the right to charge Your provided payment method.
We may use Your card details to guarantee Your reservation or collect deposits and cancellation fees per PCI-DSS standards. Pre-authorizations are not charges but may temporarily reduce your credit limit. Any pre-authorization will be either charged or canceled and replaced with an actual charge upon settlement.
Our liability is limited to the price paid for Your Booking. We do not guarantee the suitability of our accommodation for Your specific needs. If You have concerns about hygiene, safety, or service quality, contact Us before cancellation deadlines. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses beyond our control unless caused by negligence or fraud.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused during Your stay and agree to indemnify Us for repairs or replacements needed due to Your actions. We reserve the right to terminate Your Booking immediately if You engage in unacceptable behavior that causes disturbance or nuisance.
We take data protection seriously. We process Your personal information solely to fulfill our contractual obligations. Third-party providers involved in operating Our website, reservation system, or payment services may process Your data as necessary. We may share information with authorities if legally required.
While third parties operate under data protection laws, We are not responsible for their data practices. For example, Our software provider eviivo Limited (Company Number: 5002392) and its subsidiaries process data according to their privacy policies available at https://eviivo.com/privacy-policy/. By making a Booking, You consent to this data processing and transfer.
You may request deletion or return of your personal data after services end unless law requires otherwise.
