Pets
At our discretions as hosts, pets are allowed at Property I Live Stays subject to prior approval and once pet related fees are paid.
The following pet terms apply:
Dogs must be under strict control at all times while in or at the Property;
Any fouling must be cleared up without delay both inside and out of the Property;
The dog owner must bring the dog's bed or basket for sleeping in. Please do not allow your pets on beds and sofas;
Dogs must not be left alone in or at the Property or elsewhere at any time; if dogs are crated then they can be left alone for short periods of time as not to cause distress or noise.
Dog owners are advised to bring their own throws and cover furniture
Dog owners must ensure that their pets are free from parasites and fleas before they occupy the Property. Failure to do so may incur subsequent charges;
You will be liable for any damage caused by your pets. Any damage is to be reported to us immediately.
If you break these terms, we may notify you that you have broken these terms and may cancel the booking and ask that you leave the Property before the end of the stay period without compensation, or that you pay an additional reasonable charge.
