Booking Terms
These Booking Terms ("Terms") govern the agreement between you ("You"/"Your") and the accommodation provider ("We," "Us," "Our") offering the accommodation ("Accommodation") you select. These Terms apply to all bookings ("Bookings") and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By making a Booking, you agree to these Terms, confirm you are over 18 (or the age required by the Accommodation), and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Bookings become binding when We accept your reservation. Acceptance occurs upon confirmation and receipt of full payment, a deposit, or a valid pre-authorization for at least the cancellation fee amount. If your online payment is less than the total stay, the remaining balance must be paid before or during check-in, or as otherwise agreed.
Once confirmed via phone or email, a reservation number is issued. Keep this number for all communications related to cancellations or changes. You cannot withdraw from this contract unless specified in the Cancellation Policy.
Prices shown are accurate for the specific dates, guests, and rooms listed in your Booking Confirmation. Prices are in the currency specified and include applicable taxes at the time of booking, such as sales or local taxes. These taxes may change if regulations are amended after your booking, provided such changes were not public knowledge at booking time.
Extras selected during booking, if applicable, will be added to the total price, including any taxes. The total price does not cover additional goods, services, or taxes incurred during your stay unless explicitly stated.
In rare cases where a pricing error occurs and We cannot accept your reservation despite confirmation, We will notify you promptly and refund any payments made in full. We are not responsible for any additional costs you incur due to such errors.
If we are unable to accommodate you as booked, we will offer alternative accommodation of similar or higher standard. If there is a price difference, We will cover it if the new accommodation costs more; if less, we will refund the difference.
Check-in and check-out times are specified in your Booking Confirmation. Late check-in requests must be confirmed with Us. If you do not arrive by the latest check-in time without prior notice, We may cancel the booking and retain any payments as per the Cancellation Policy. Failure to check-in on time is considered a full cancellation.
Cancellation and amendment policies are detailed in your Booking Confirmation and on Our website. You may cancel via the link provided or contact Us for changes. Cancellations made before the deadline will receive a full refund, including extras paid at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur fees as specified, and refunds will not be provided. If you request amendments that cannot be accommodated, We may cancel your booking with a full refund if done before the deadline.
Bookings must be guaranteed with a valid payment card or accepted method. The total payable amount will be charged at booking. If your payment is declined or funds are insufficient, your reservation may be canceled automatically. Remaining balances or additional charges during your stay must be settled in full upon departure. If you leave unpaid, We reserve the right to charge your provided card.
We may pre-authorise or charge your card for deposits, cancellation fees, or other amounts as specified in your Booking Confirmation. Pre-authorisations are not charges but may temporarily reduce your available credit limit. Upon checkout, We will settle any pre-authorisations or replace them with charges as necessary.
While We strive to present accurate information online, We do not guarantee that Our accommodation suits your specific needs. If you have concerns about hygiene, safety, or service quality, please contact Us before the cancellation deadline so We can address them.
Our liability is limited to the total price of your Booking. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses beyond this amount except in cases of death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or fraud. We do not accept liability for issues beyond Our reasonable control, including service failures caused by third parties or force majeure. It is advisable to obtain travel insurance.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by you during your stay. You agree to indemnify Us and pay for damages resulting from your acts or omissions. Unacceptable behavior that causes disturbance or nuisance may result in immediate termination of your Booking without refund or compensation.
We handle personal data carefully and process it solely for fulfilling our contractual obligations. Your data may be shared with third-party providers involved in operating Our website, reservation system, payment system, or booking channels. We may also share information with authorities if legally required.
While third parties comply with data protection laws, We are not responsible for their use of your personal data. If you have concerns, contact these third parties directly. Our software provider eviivo Limited (Company Number: 5002392), including its subsidiaries such as eviivo Inc in Texas, processes data according to its privacy policy available at https://eviivo.com/privacy-policy/. By making a booking, you consent to this data processing and transfer.
You have rights regarding your personal data, including requesting its deletion or return after services end, subject to applicable law.
